About Rose Mary
An Experienced Superintendent, Dedicated to Building Trusted Partnerships with Superintendents and Executive Leaders.
Dr. Rose Mary Neshyba brings 40 years of dedicated public education service to the Blue Jean Educational Consulting team. Her distinguished career journey has encompassed nearly every level of school administration, from teacher and principal in Bryan ISD to special education director and assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction in South and East Texas.

Her sixteen-year tenure as a superintendent across three distinctly different districts has equipped her with a unique perspective on tailoring strategies to diverse community needs. This deep experience is the foundation for her expertise in fostering strong superintendent-board relations, mentoring executive leaders, and guiding strategic planning from development through implementation.

A committed mentor, Dr. Neshyba has also served as an adjunct professor at Texas A&M University-Texarkana, preparing aspiring superintendents for leadership. She holds a doctorate from Lamar University and both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Texas A&M University.

Rose Mary has been married to her husband, David, for 36 years. They enjoy traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with their three children and three grandchildren.
