About Traci

Traci is an accomplished educational leader with more than 30 years of experience in public education and a passion for developing leaders, improving schools, and designing innovative learning opportunities that prepare students for success. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation as a strategic thinker and collaborative leader who helps organizations turn vision into action through thoughtful planning, continuous improvement, and a focus on student outcomes.

 

Traci began her career as a high school English teacher before transitioning into campus leadership, where she served as assistant principal and principal. These experiences provided a strong foundation in instructional leadership, school culture, and student achievement while reinforcing her commitment to developing teachers and future leaders.

 

She later served in executive district leadership roles as Area Superintendent, Chief of School Leadership, and Associate Superintendent of School Leadership and Innovative Programming. In these positions, she led initiatives that strengthened instructional systems, developed leadership capacity, advanced school improvement efforts, coordinated district school choice and innovative programming, and supported long-range strategic planning.

Traci's expertise includes leadership development, school improvement, organizational planning, district facility optimization, strategic initiatives, and curriculum and instructional systems. She is passionate about helping school systems align people, processes, and resources to create sustainable improvement and meaningful outcomes for students.

 

Known for her servant leadership and collaborative approach, Traci partners with school boards, superintendents, district leaders, and campus administrators to navigate change, solve complex challenges, and build high-performing organizations.
