Gradual Leadership Program
Our side-by-side Guided Leadership program is designed to ensure the success of novice or struggling campus principals when a district is limited in time or personnel. This intensive guidance program provides six components of interactive support to ensure leadership growth.
Using a gradual release model, a district can select the guidance level at which they would like support to begin based on their awareness of the principal’s needs.
Our high-performing, experienced leader will assess the principal’s knowledge, skills, and performance, and guide improvements based on collaborative goals, feedback, outcomes, and modeling.

Strengths-Based Turnaround
Turning around a school is not for the faint of heart. It is a challenge that requires a unique set of leadership skills. This program utilizes a comprehensive framework that allows you to elevate strengths to propel the district or campus toward sustained organizational improvement and student success.

The framework includes seven levers:
-
Clarity of Purpose and The Right Work,
-
Turnaround Leadership,
-
Instructional Mindset,
-
Systems Approach,
-
Data-informed Dialogue,
-
Cadence of Change, and
-
The Human Element.
All levers can be delivered over four days, or individual levers can be selected and targeted based on a district's needs.
